भुगतान

Payment methods

Payment methods सेटिंग्स → भुगतान विधियाँ में configured हैं। ऐप default से नकद और कार्ड बनाता है। Custom method जोड़ने के लिए:

  1. सेटिंग्स → भुगतान विधियाँ पर जाएँ और + टैप करें।
  2. भुगतान विधि नाम दर्ज करें और grid से icon चुनें।
  3. सहेजें टैप करें।

Method rename करने या icon change करने के लिए pencil icon टैप करें। Delete करने के लिए trash icon टैप करें।

Note

कार्ड payment method card terminal से communicate नहीं करता और customer का card charge नहीं करता। यह केवल record करता है कि customer ने card से pay किया। अपना physical card terminal अलग से connect करें — ऐप का card readers के साथ कोई integration नहीं है।

Order complete करना

Items add करने के बाद, ऑर्डर लें का bottom bar प्रति configured payment method एक colored button दिखाता है। उस method से order तुरंत complete करने के लिए button टैप करें।

नकद या कार्ड (या कोई custom method) टैप करने से sale बिना change calculation के full amount पर record होती है।

Bottom bar भी दिखाता है: - Change calculator — हमेशा visible; numpad खोलने और change calculate करने के लिए टैप करें (नीचे देखें) - % छूट — payment से पहले discount apply करें (नीचे Discounts देखें) - Print (optional) — receipt तुरंत print करता है; केवल तब दिखता है जब Settings में प्रिंट बटन enabled हो (देखें Printing & receipts)

Change calculator

Tendered amount दर्ज करने और change calculate करने के लिए:

  1. Bottom bar के far left में change calculator icon टैप करें।
  2. Numpad पर customer आपको जो amount देता है वह type करें।
  3. Owed change pad के नीचे हरे रंग में दिखती है।
  4. Sale Cash के रूप में finalize करने के लिए समाप्त करें टैप करें।

Note

Cash session summary में नकद प्राप्त में केवल वे orders count होते हैं जो change calculator के ज़रिए complete हुए। Directly नकद button tap करके complete किए गए orders उस total में शामिल नहीं हैं। देखें Cash sessions।

Discounts

Payment से पहले पूरे order या individual product line पर discount apply कर सकते हैं। दो discount types available हैं: percentage (जैसे 10%) या fixed amount (जैसे ₹2.00 off)।

Order-level discount। पूरे order के लिए छूट लागू करें खोलने के लिए bottom bar में % icon टैप करें। Discount active होने पर icon teal हो जाता है।

Line-level discount। केवल उस line के लिए teal छूट action reveal करने के लिए checkout overview में product line left swipe करें।

दोनों same discount dialog खोलते हैं:

  1. % (percentage) और currency symbol (fixed amount) के बीच toggle करें।
  2. Value दर्ज करें। New total preview field के नीचे live update होता है।
  3. Optionally Reason दर्ज करें (जैसे "regular customer", "damaged box") — यह receipt पर discount line के साथ print होता है।
  4. Apply करने के लिए Ok टैप करें। Existing discount remove करने के लिए छूट हटाएँ टैप करें (जब discount already set हो तो लाल में दिखता है)।

Discounts केवल payment से पहले apply हो सकते हैं। Completed order पर discount change करने के लिए Amend flow use करें — देखें ऑर्डर इतिहास।

Note

ऐप में कोई tip, gratuity, round-up, या service-charge feature नहीं है। सबसे करीबी workaround आपके catalogue में एक dedicated Tip product है (देखें Products) — payment complete करने से पहले order में add करें।

Split payment

विभाजित भुगतान एक order को multiple methods में pay करने देता है — उदाहरण के लिए, part cash और part card।

Button enable करने के लिए: सेटिंग्स पर जाएँ और विभाजित भुगतान बटन on करें।

Checkout पर modal खोलने के लिए विभाजित भुगतान टैप करें:

  1. Top पर total और शेष chip दिखते हैं।
  2. Method dropdown और amount field के साथ एक payment entry row दिखती है। Numpad पर उस method से paid amount type करें।
  3. Remainder के लिए दूसरा method जोड़ने के लिए + Add Payment टैप करें।
  4. शेष zero होने पर पूर्ण टैप करें।

Split bill

Split the Bill items guests में divide करता है ताकि हर व्यक्ति केवल अपने ordered items pay करे।

Button enable करने के लिए: सेटिंग्स पर जाएँ और बिल विभाजन बटन on करें।

Checkout पर बिल विभाजित करें टैप करें। Flow में दो steps हैं:

Step 1 — Products assign करें। हर product card Unassigned count और प्रति person ± stepper दिखाता है। More guests जोड़ने के लिए person chip strip में + टैप करें; एक remove करने के लिए chip long-press करें (minimum 2)। Items automatically distribute करने के लिए app bar में समान रूप से विभाजित करें टैप करें। हर unit assign होने के बाद Next active हो जाता है।

SEPA QR

SEPA QR एक payment QR code generate करता है जिसे customers अपने banking app से scan करके exact order amount transfer करते हैं — कोई fees नहीं, कोई card reader नहीं।

Setup: सेटिंग्स → SEPA QR पर जाएँ और अपना IBAN, BIC, और account name दर्ज करें। SEPA QR के लिए आपकी currency € (EUR) set होनी चाहिए।

Checkout पर QR icon दिखता है; QR code display करने के लिए उसे टैप करें। Customer उसे scan करके अपने banking app में transfer confirm करता है। Sale record करने के लिए समाप्त करें टैप करें (Card के रूप में registered)।

Warning

ऐप verify नहीं कर सकता कि SEPA transfer actually completed हुआ। समाप्त करें टैप करने से पहले customer से हमेशा confirm करें कि उनका banking app successful transfer दिखाता है।

Note

SEPA QR Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, और Netherlands में widely used है। यह अन्य देशों के सभी banks द्वारा supported नहीं है।

Kitchen vouchers

जब वाउचर मोड on हो (सेटिंग्स → वाउचर मोड), order complete होने पर customer receipt के साथ एक kitchen ticket print होती है। Vouchers kitchen readability के लिए formatted हैं — कोई prices नहीं, large text, items category या product द्वारा grouped।

Voucher layout configure करने के लिए, सेटिंग्स → वाउचर कस्टमाइज़ करें पर जाएँ। Preview tab ticket का live monospace render दिखाता है।

वाउचर कस्टमाइज़ करें, Preview tab: दो per-category tickets — "Food" (TABLE: 5, 2× Burger Special Extra Cheese और No Onions options के साथ, 2× Fries Medium Extra Salt के साथ) और "Drinks" (TABLE: 5, 1× Cola Large) — हर एक double line से separated

Receipt reprint करना

यदि आपने Settings में रसीद पुनः प्रिंट बटन enabled किया है, तो ऑर्डर लें app bar में एक receipt icon दिखता है। Recent orders की list खोलने और कोई भी receipt reprint करने के लिए उसे टैप करें। Reprinted copies को originals से अलग करने के लिए *** COPY *** marked होती हैं।

Checkout screen personalisation

Checkout screen के bottom पर एक thank-you message और optional QR code (जैसे review link) दिखा सकते हैं — payment के दौरान customer को visible। इसे सेटिंग्स → चेकआउट स्क्रीन अनुकूलित करें में configure करें। देखें सेटिंग्स।
